　　1. 穩(wěn)定的基礎(chǔ)。在基地的建設(shè)進行仔細的檢查和確認,外墻膩子粉的價格,檢查基礎(chǔ)的平面度、強度、基地吸水率,基本沒有粉,寬松,堿的現(xiàn)象,沒有明顯的裂紋,裂紋(水墻方法檢查),基礎(chǔ)是否穩(wěn)定。如果基礎(chǔ)不能達到外墻膩子粉的施工要求，應先做相應的技術(shù)處理，如果基礎(chǔ)滿足外墻膩子粉的施工要求，則可以進行外墻膩子粉的施工。

　　3.嚴格處理界面。清除浮灰，外墻先為良好的膩子粉、油污(包括脫模劑)，填補吹基層的裂縫，挑出凹凸不平的地方，如基層有明顯不平之處，先用抗裂砂漿作平整。如基礎(chǔ)尤為干燥,吸水性強,環(huán)境氣候非常干燥,會影響外墻膩子粉粉和基層的附著力和力量,因此,建議在施工之前,水濕墻基層,然后建設(shè)外墻膩子粉,如果條件允許,建設(shè)2 - 3天后,可以濕養(yǎng)護1 - 2次,抗裂效果和強度會更好。

If conditions permit, after 2-3 days, the putty powder of the external wall can be wet cured 1-2 times, and the crack resistance effect and strength will be better.
