問題一：干得快

Problem 1: fast work

膩子粉料在桶里調配時干的很快，難施工，批刮后失水快，不能正常收壓或施工后干燥過快。

The putty powder dries very fast when it is mixed in the bucket, so it is difficult to construct. It loses water quickly after scraping. It can't be compressed normally or dried too fast after construction.

原因：施工環(huán)境氣溫太高，濕度太低、通風太強及陽光直曬，膩子中的復合材料反應加速。

Reasons: the temperature of construction environment is too high, the humidity is too low, the ventilation is too strong and the sunlight is direct, and the reaction of composite materials in putty is accelerated.

解決方案：預防為主，注意施工環(huán)境，避免在高溫時段、陽光直曬時段施工，控制施工場地通風強度。當基面出現太過干燥、 吸水快的情況時建議刷涂界面劑或者預先濕潤基面(但不能有明水)再施工。

問題二：掉粉、 脫層

施工完成及干透后，用手觸摸有掉粉現象，嚴重的甚至出現前后兩道膩子之間或膩子與基底之間相互剝離。

After the construction is completed and dried thoroughly, there is powder dropping phenomenon when touching with hands. In serious cases, there is even peeling between the front and back putty or between the putty and the base.

原因：膩子在高溫干燥時施工，水分揮發(fā)快，沒有足夠水分進行固化，因而容易脫粉。而底層膩子疏松粉化嚴重，面層膩子太硬，干燥太快會造成脫層。另外,外墻膩子被雨水沖刷后，粘結劑流失，重批后也容易脫層。

解決方案：高溫、干燥強風天氣施工，更好將基面潤濕無明水后再進行膩子施工。施工時要收壓密實，適度掌握干燥時間。
