Compared with masonry mortar, plastering mortar has the following characteristics:

①抹面層不承受荷載；

②抹面層與基底層要有足夠的粘結(jié)強度，使其在施工中或長期自重和環(huán)境作用下不脫落、不開裂；

③抹面層多為薄層，并分層涂抹，面層要求平整、光潔、細致、美觀；

④多用于干燥環(huán)境，大面積暴露在空氣中。

凡涂抹在建筑物和構(gòu)件表面以及基底材料的表面，兼有保護基層和滿足使用要求作用的砂漿，可統(tǒng)稱為抹面砂漿（也稱抹灰砂漿）。與砌筑砂漿相比，抹面砂漿具有以下特點：

③抹面層多為薄層，并分層涂抹，面層要求平整、光潔、細致、美觀；④多用于干燥環(huán)境，大面積暴露在空氣中。抗裂砂漿 （anti-crack mortar），以由聚合物乳液和外加劑制成的抗裂劑、水泥和砂按一定比例制成的能滿足一定變形而保持不開裂的砂漿。抗裂砂漿進場的是成品料，直接加水攪 拌就可以使用了。成品抗裂砂漿材料也就是細沙料、水泥、和防裂劑。其中的防裂劑主料就是一種叫硅灰的，它能夠填充水泥顆粒間的孔隙，同時與水化產(chǎn)物生成凝 膠體，與堿性材料氧化鎂反應(yīng)生成凝膠體。

Anti crack mortar is a mortar which is made of anti crack agent, cement and sand made of polymer lotion and admixture in a certain proportion and can meet certain deformation without cracking. The anti cracking mortar is delivered as finished material, which can be used by directly mixing with water. The finished anti crack mortar materials are fine sand, cement, and anti crack agents. The main material of anti crack agent is a kind of silica fume, which can fill the pores between cement particles, generate gel with hydration products, and generate gel with alkaline material magnesium oxide.
