Plastering gypsum is prepared with gypsum as the base material, supplemented by additional materials and additives with good plastering performance. After mixing and hydration with water, dihydrate gypsum crystals and a small amount of sulphoaluminate are generated. These crystals are cross connected to form a network structure, so that the plastering gypsum slurry loses fluidity and condenses. With the deepening of hydration, the hydration products continue to be generated after condensation, and the crystals gradually become larger.

網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)在短時間內(nèi)密實，從而產(chǎn)生較高粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度及抗折與抗壓強(qiáng)度。待粉刷石膏硬化體內(nèi)的水分通過表面蒸發(fā)，和墻體吸收完全排除后，具備很高的強(qiáng)度。因此它具有如下特性。

The network structure is dense in a short time, resulting in high bond strength, flexural and compressive strength. After the water in the plastered gypsum hardens is completely eliminated through surface evaporation and wall absorption, it has high strength. Therefore, it has the following characteristics.

1.具有質(zhì)地細(xì)膩、光滑、不掉灰、防火性能，并有優(yōu)良的防水性能的綠色產(chǎn)品。

2.采用混合相型配方，級配合理、工藝先進(jìn)、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。

4.抹灰層與基層粘結(jié)牢固，不空鼓、不脫落，水化微膨脹，抑制開裂，凝結(jié)硬化快，水化過程中強(qiáng)度連續(xù)增長，易于手工或機(jī)械抹灰，具有施工方便、效率高，落地灰少等優(yōu)點。它的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度一般波動于0.5—1.5Mpa之間。

4. The plastering layer is firmly bonded with the base course, without hollowing and falling off, hydration micro expansion, inhibition of cracking, fast condensation and hardening, continuous growth of strength in the hydration process, easy for manual or mechanical plastering, and has the advantages of convenient construction, high efficiency and less floor ash. Its bond strength generally fluctuates between 0.5-1.5mpa.

5.具有較高的強(qiáng)度性能，粉刷石膏隨著氣溫的變化和通風(fēng)條件變化，水份會在較短的時間內(nèi)排除而凝結(jié)硬化，因此具有很好的早期強(qiáng)度。一般自然條件下，7d搞壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到8Mpa以上，而且后期強(qiáng)度也會隨著游離水的不斷排除，而增加后期強(qiáng)度。實驗表明，面層粉刷石膏的水膏比0.4：1的抗壓強(qiáng)度為10Mpa，底層型粉刷石膏的配合比為，水：粉刷石膏：粗砂的重量比為0.5:0.6:1,其抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)7—8.5Mpa。粉刷石膏若與水泥混合使用強(qiáng)度會更高，而且施工性能良好。

5. It has high strength performance. With the change of air temperature and ventilation conditions, the water content of plastering gypsum will be removed and solidified in a short time, so it has good early strength. Under normal natural conditions, the compressive strength in 7 days can reach more than 8Mpa, and the later strength will increase with the continuous elimination of free water. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of the surface plastering gypsum is 10MPa when the water paste ratio is 0.4:1, the mix ratio of the bottom plastering gypsum is, the weight ratio of water: plastering gypsum: coarse sand is 0.5:0.6:1, and the compressive strength can reach 7-8.5mpa. If the plastering gypsum is mixed with cement, the strength will be higher and the construction performance will be good.

6.具有隔熱保溫和隔音性能，粉刷石膏在凝結(jié)過程中隨著水份的排除，內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生微小的孔隙，其孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)微均勻。因此導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)小能衰減聲壓，又可防止聲能透射，加上石膏本身的熱惰性高，故墻體散熱慢，起到了隔熱、隔音的作用。

6. It has thermal insulation and sound insulation performance. During the setting process, with the removal of water, the plastered gypsum will produce small pores, and its pore structure is fine and uniform. Therefore, the low thermal conductivity can attenuate the sound pressure and prevent the transmission of sound energy. In addition, the gypsum itself has high thermal inertia, so the heat dissipation of the wall is slow and plays the role of heat insulation and sound insulation.

7.有針對性地解決了不同基層的抹灰問題，又能保持原有抹灰習(xí)慣的高性能傻瓜型抹灰材料，裝飾效果好。

粉刷石膏有半水型、無水型、混合型三大類。目前常用的品種主要是面層型、底層型和保溫型。
